Your wallet. Your health data, unified. So your clinical evolution does not get lost every time you move across systems

A wallet to preserve your clinical evolution

Build a structured longitudinal record of your clinical evolution, starting with MiMIAT's gastrointestinal module, including symptoms, meals, stools, weight and treatments, all in one place and under your control. Soon, MiMIAT will also support patient-added clinical documentation and data from medical devices and wearables.

Before, my symptoms, meals and notes were scattered between my phone and my memory. Now I have everything in one wallet, and I can better understand how my health is evolving.

Before, I arrived at the consultation trying to remember everything. Now I can share my evolution with my healthcare professional without relying only on my memory.

Share a unified view of your clinical evolution with your care team

MiMIAT allows you to share your clinical evolution with the professionals supporting you, even if they work across different centres or systems. This way, everyone can have a unified view of your evolution, without relying on scattered notes, printed PDFs or your memory at every appointment. When a professional requests access to your wallet, you receive an invitation. You decide whether to accept and for how long. You can also remove access at any time.

Designed for chronic diseases that are hard to diagnose

MiMIAT starts with gastrointestinal health, helping patients track relevant signals in conditions such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's Disease, IBS, but also IBD, GERD, SIBO, dyspepsia, coeliac disease and food intolerances. Our goal is to expand MiMIAT into other areas of health, including women's health, with endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome, and autoimmune diseases, such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis.

With IBS, my symptoms change a lot and, as I get older, it is becoming harder to remember every detail. Being able to record them in my own language and keep track of them day by day helps me go into the appointment with less pressure, without having to remember everything on the spot.

Your wallet is yours. Free. No hidden fees

MiMIAT was born from a chronic patient with ulcerative colitis and from one very simple idea: no patient should have to pay to manage their own health data. No premium plans. No ads. No depending on whether a centre, healthcare system or insurer pays on your behalf. Your data stays under your control, and you decide how to manage it, how to use it and who to share it with.
